Abstract We study a spin 1/2 fermion in thick braneworld the context of teleparallel f ( T , B ) gravity. Here, is such that $$f_1(T,B)=T+k_1B^{n_1}$$ f 1 ( T , B ) = + k n and $$f_2(T,B)=B+k_2T^{n_2}$$ 2 where $$n_{1,2}$$ $$k_{1,2}$$ are parameters control influence torsion boundary term. assume Yukawa coupling, one scalar field coupled to Dirac spinor field. show how width massless Kaluza–Klein mode, breadth non-normalized massive fermionic modes properties analogue quantum-potential near origin.
